We welcome students of EE, CS and possibly other faculties to join our team for the final M.Sc. project. Available topics include:
- Nonlinear model selection. Techniques for estimation of a process model of an (unknown) system often generate a set of candidate models. The choice of a model that will achieve the best performance in a closed-loop control is a non-trivial task. Standard measures, along with proposed custom measures, should be evaluated both in simulations and in real-world experiments to determine a measure that correlates the best with the performance of the model in closed-loop control task.
